Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?
No. You can sign up, create your workspace, add fleet vehicles, and run daily dispatch optimizations immediately without entering credit card details.
How are guest payments handled for tour bookings?
PragmaticTours does not process guest payments directly or charge booking commissions. Operators collect payments using their own payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, POS, or bank transfer) and mark bookings as confirmed to automatically schedule tours on your dashboard and sync passenger manifests.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. All financial reports, payable summary sheets, vehicle lists, and tour histories can be exported to standard CSV files at any time.
